Superior Quality

The construction engineering and techniques utilized are different to those generally used in these types of trailers. Russell Heale Engineering uses profile cut, fabricated main beams with a precamber, and side coaming rails also profile cut with the same precamber, which significantly adds to the overall strength, and long term durability of the trailers. As far as we are aware, we are the only manufacturer offering this as standard.

Get what you want

Trailers are usually available from stock and special trailers can be built to order. Our in house CAD designer can customise our standard design to meet your requirements.

Trailers are available with a choice of couplings, including Flying Saucer, Barlett Ball or Pintle Hook.

Russell Heale has operated a heavy machinery business in the construction field for many years and understands what is needed to move equipment from A to B. Considerable thought has been given to the design and manufacture of Tag Trailers and Floats, and they are designed to handle rough terrain and adverse conditions as well as highway use.

Customers include Queensland Rail (QR), the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) and Fulton Hogan.We have built trailers for clients all over Australia from Queensland to Western Australia and Tasmania.

Incorporated Chain Boxes

Dual lockable, fully incorporated chain boxes, 480mm deep with hinged doors.

Toolboxes

Lockable, rubber sealed door made of heavy duty steel, 1200mm wide, 350mm high and 460mm deep.

Ladder & Water Tank

Front mounted ladder and aluminium hand washing tank

Australian made, Australian parts

These Australian made trailers utilize Australian made steel from Onesteel, Orrcon, etc. The Running Gear, Axles, Springs etc., are all supplied by Colrain and other Australian suppliers, so that replacement parts are readily available. With manufacturing centralized on the Gold Coast with our well trained, loyal production staff, our customers know they’re driving out with the best- constructed, best value trailers available, bar none.
